A one-on-one conversation about fertility, pregnancy, birth, and becoming a parent on your own terms.

60 minutes · $150

There is a lot to navigate when you're thinking about having a child.

How do you prepare your body for conception? How do you understand your cycle? What kind of prenatal care feels right for you? What are your options during pregnancy? How do you prepare for an unmedicated birth, or a birth outside of the conventional medical system?

And sometimes, you simply want an hour with someone who has spent years thinking deeply about these questions.

This consult is a space to bring whatever you're currently navigating. There is no prescribed curriculum and no set agenda. We can follow the questions that are most relevant to you and your particular circumstances.

  • How do you want to approach the transition into parenthood?

  • What values do you want your choices around fertility, pregnancy, and birth to reflect?

You don't need to know exactly what you need.

You can come with a list of questions, a decision you're trying to make, a rabbit hole you've gone down, or simply a feeling that you want to approach this differently.

We'll use the hour to sort through what's on your mind. I'll share relevant education, perspective, practical ideas, and resources based on your individual situation.

My role isn't to tell you what choices to make. It's to help you become more informed about your options, more connected to your own body and values, and better equipped to make decisions that feel right for you.
